Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fairly clean hotel in a new building just next door to the city center and especially nice restaurant and the BL Venue's Erbil. Spacious rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Modern style bathroom, and a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. Particularly good location close to the airport, easy to get around.

The rooms are a nice size with a nice view and our experience is perfectly pleasant. All of the hotel's staff are really helpful and respectful.

Everything was perfect, the hotel was quiet. The location was excellent and stunning: a market and a drugstore were within walking distance. Also, Minare Park was 2 miles away from the property. There were a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The place has comfortable and ideal location within walking distance of the Citadel.

Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel located just off the popular district of Ainkawa, and gulan commercial area. Reasonably large and impressive room with a nice bathroom and a seating area, a writing table, and iron and ironing board. Very helpful staff throughout our stay.

Bl Hotel's Erbil is a wonderfully clean accommodation with a perfect location close to everything. The staff is dedicated and the location is close enough to the popular district of Ainkawa, the supermarket, and Gulan commercial area. It is also near many restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay, as always.

The room was neat and new-fashioned in general, with a nice view. A drier, a shower cap, and bath sheets was a plus.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, surrounded by many interesting places to visit. The bright and modern room I stayed in was fabulous, with a well-appointed bathroom that was spotlessly clean. I was impressed by the excellent service I received from the polite and helpful staff members. the breakfast was delicious and had various options to suit different tastes. I was pleased to find out that there were leisure facilities available to guests such as a gym and spa.

I was disappointed to discover that some of the hotel towels were stained and worn out. This was a bit of a letdown considering the high standard of the other facilities and the overall enjoyable experience.
